Left is Right and Right is Left!
In the current hype for 3-D effects and movies it is easily forgotten that the basic principles for these have already been laid down 180 years ago by the English scientist Charles Wheatstone.
We see the world in three dimensions because our eyes perceive objects from two different angles. To prove this theory Wheatstone invented, apart from the well-known stereoscope, also the much rarer pseudoscope. This device swaps the two images perceived by the eyes and therefore reverses our depth perception: close objects appear far away, remote objects look close. You have to see it to believe it!

Things you will need for the assembly:
- a firm, flat working surface, helpful is a cutting mat
- a sharp craft knife or a scalpel
- a blunt knife or a folding tool
- a sewing pin
- a good universal glue
Supervision by adults:
Children under the age of 14 should use the kit under adult supervision to avoid risks due to improper handling.

Take particular care when handling pointed and sharp parts! Use sharp tools with care and take suitable safety measures to avoid injury if necessary.

Keep away from open sources of fire and heat. Product contains highly flammable materials.
Caution when focussing light: Do not leave lenses in direct sunlight as they can create a focal point.
Use of adhesives:
When using adhesive, follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. Work in well-ventilated areas and avoid skin or eye contact.
