The strongest magnets in the world

Neodymium magnets are among the strongest magnets in the world. Experience the incredible pulling power of these permanent magnets, which can easily penetrate thick table tops and attract iron even from a great distance. It takes a great deal of effort to separate them, and if you’re not careful, they can give you a nasty pinch.

Warning: Make sure there is no fold of skin between two magnets that you are about to place on top of each other – this could be painful. Do not bring these magnets near magnetic data storage devices, as this could result in data loss. Neodymium magnets are not toys and are not suitable for children!

Tip: Here’s how to separate several magnets correctly: Slide the top magnet to the side of the stack and then lift it carefully.

These magnets are now on sale because of over-stocking.

  • 4 neodymium magnets (NdFeB), Ø 15 mm x 5 mm, approx. 7 g each, nickel-plated (NiCuNi)

Risk of swallowing:
Magnets can be swallowed and cause serious injury inside the body. Keep out of reach of children under 12 years of age!

Health risk:
People with pacemakers or other medical devices should keep their distance from magnets!

Risk to electronic devices:
Magnetic fields can damage or render electronic devices, data storage media (e.g. credit cards) and mechanical components unusable. Store magnets at a safe distance.

Risk of crushing:
Due to their strong magnetic force, magnets can trap skin or fingers, causing bruising or contusions.

Risk of breakage and splinters:
Ferrite magnets are brittle and, if struck, can shatter into sharp-edged fragments that pose a risk of injury to the skin and eyes.

Risk from dust formation:
Grinding, drilling or cutting magnets produces dust which, on contact with oxygen, can be self-igniting and harmful to health. Mechanical processing must be avoided!

Disposal:
Dispose of magnets in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.
