Post the Starry Sky to your Friends!
The instructions are in German, but the construction is simple... only a few cuts and a bit of gluing turn this postcard into the probably smallest model of the night sky with 800 stars and all constellations of the northern hemisphere.
If you prick the stars with a needle before assembly, they even shine when held up to a light!

Dimensions of the assembled model: approx. Ø 8 x 4 cm

Cut out all parts. Fold the side tags forwards along the dashed lines. Glue the tags at the top of each part behind their neighboring parts to form a shallow bowl with the stars inside. Continue with the other tags. Fold the rims outwards and glue them together.
Usage: Facing south, turn the dome so that the actual date and time is shown on the bottom rim.
Things you will need for assembly:
- a firm and flat working surface, useful is a cutting mat
- a pair of scissors
- a craft knife or a scalpel
- a good universal glue
Adult supervision:
Children should use the kit under adult supervision to avoid risks arising from improper handling.

Take particular care when handling pointed and sharp parts! Use sharp tools with care and, where necessary, take appropriate safety precautions to avoid injury.
Fire hazard:
Keep away from open flames and sources of heat. The model is made of highly flammable materials.
Use of adhesives:
When using adhesives, follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions. Work in well-ventilated areas and avoid contact with the skin or eyes.
